All American Termite and Pest Control, along with its branch Atomic Pest Control, are family-owned and operated businesses providing residential and commercial pest control services throughout Iowa.

Founded in 1971 in Fairfield, Iowa, by Phil Laux Sr., All American Termite and Pest Control has been serving Southeast Iowa for over 50 years. What began as a one-man operation servicing friends and family—while supporting Phil’s passion for farming—has grown into one of Southeast Iowa’s most trusted pest control companies. As part of that growth, All American acquired Atomic Pest Control, a company originally established in Ottumwa, Iowa, in 1949.

In 1994, Phil Sr. passed the business on to his sons, including Mike Laux, who led the company through 2023. Today, All American is proud to be a third-generation family business, now operated by Mike’s sons, Dylan and Dalton Laux.

Dylan and Dalton Laux are proud to carry on the legacy their grandfather began more than five decades ago. They remain deeply committed to the values Phil Sr. built the business on honesty, hard work, and dependable service. Under their leadership, All American Termite and Pest Control continues to prioritize customer satisfaction, community trust, and top-tier service.
