About
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Southeast Iowa is dedicated to reaching children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and helping connect them with local churches for continued growth and discipleship. Through programs such as Good News Clubs, CEF brings Bible lessons, songs, Scripture, activities and faith-based encouragement to children in schools, neighborhoods and communities.
CEF also equips churches and volunteers with training, curriculum and resources to help them effectively share the Gospel with children. Good News Clubs may meet after school or in other community settings and are designed to provide children with a welcoming place to learn about Jesus, build positive relationships and grow in their faith.
The Southeast Iowa chapter works with local churches, volunteers and community partners to expand opportunities for children to hear the Gospel and become connected with a church family. Individuals and churches can support the ministry through volunteering, hosting or assisting with a Good News Club, prayer, financial support and other outreach opportunities.
