At Fairfield Community School District, we believe strong schools and a strong community go hand in hand. As we prepare for an exciting new school year, we’d love to invite you to be part of something special. On August 18, we will host our 2026–2027 Staff Kickoff, and this year’s event will be unlike any before. Destination Fairfield will be our theme for the year, and we would love as many partners as possible to join us that Tuesday. We are bringing together all 300+ of our employees for a high-energy “Fire Up” kickoff to launch the new school year.
